The principle manual writer – Harold Carter has over 30 years’ experience in the General Aviation and Airline industry in Australia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

Harold holds Air Transport Pilot Licences for both aeroplane and helicopters and is still active in the aviation industry.

2. Flight Examiner;
3. Aircraft Accident Investigation – Lead Investigator – CAA of New Zealand;
4. Compliance and Surveillance Auditing
5. Expert witness in Coronial and Criminal courts.
