At Aviation Manuals Australia we ensure that your manuals do not become dated, or obsolete. Our principle manual writer constantly keeps up to date with changes to the aviation legislation and either informs you via email or on the Aviation Manuals Australia website.

We do not consider the project is complete until CASA has accepted your manuals.

About Our Company

Harold Carter has over 30 years’ experience in the General Aviation and Airline Industry in Australia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. He commenced his flying career in Perth as an Instructor before moving onto GeoSurvey and eventually Chief Flying Instructor and RPT pilot.

Our History

In 1994 he joined the Australian Army flying: AS350, UH–1H (Huey) and CH–47D (Chinook) helicopters. For the past 20 years he has flown Internationally and been involved with four aviation regulators and accident investigation units.

Harold still holds Air Transport Pilot Licences for both aeroplane and helicopters and is active in the aviation industry, he also holds a Grad Dip in Aviation Human Factors.

Harold has held the positions of:

  1. Chief Flying Instructor;
  2. Flight Examiner;
  3. Aircraft Accident Investigation–Lead Investigator;
  4. Compliance and Surveillance Auditor;
  5. Expert witness in Coronial and Criminal courts.
